How can I contact Dilauss?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be accepted. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and high demand periods. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped shortly after. We do not process orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2 to 4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are in CAD Dollars and do not include potential customs duties or taxes. These fees may be charged once your order arrives in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return or approve your request. Please contact your bank if the refund takes longer to appear.
